More and More People are Talking about Deuterium Depleted Water.

Haven't heard of Deuterium Depleted Water? Well that's about to change...

What is DDW? Deuterium Depleted Water (DDW) is water which has a lower concentration of deuterium than occurs naturally at sea level on earth. Most water we drink, even natural spring water, has a deuterium level of around150 ppm. Deuterium is an isotope of hydrogen found naturally in water and has been linked to aging and its many side-effects. Most waters contain an average of 150 parts per million (ppm) of deuterium per liter. Deuterium Depleted Water, sometimes called ‘Light Water’, is water low in deuterium (25 – 125 ppm/liter). Studies show drinking DDW removes deuterium from the body through a process called isotopic shock.

Research starting in the late 1990s into the biological effects of drinking DDW has resulted in groundbreaking discoveries into the health benefits for our systems.

The following is a list of some of the benefits of drinking DDW:

* Anti-aging and anti-oxident effects (1)

* Boosts glucose metabolism (2

* Offers significant liver protection (3)

* Boosts long term brain functions (4

* Reduces stress-induced depression (5)

*Anti-Cancer Effects  (6) and (7)

Is DDW safe to drink?  Yes!  There has never ben a single case of an adverse reaction to drinking DDW.

Is DDW safe for pets?  Yes!  In fact, research studies showed DDW induced complete or partial tumor regression in dogs and cats with spontaneous malignancies and was registered as an anti-cancer treatment for veterinary use in 1999 (8).  Experiments with chickens drinking DDW led to a 50% decrease in mortality and near doubling in egg production.  Experiments with mice drinking DDW revealed increase life expectancy and increase in sexual activity.

With so many studies on the amazing benefits of drinking DDW, it's a wonder so few people know about it.  But that's changing.  With more and more naturopathic doctors recommending it as part of their protocol, more and more people are talking about DDW.  Soon Deuterium Depleted Water will be on everyone's lips ~ in more ways than one!
